Week 36 Snapshot Engagement

Updated daily at 9am AEST. The snapshot with the most community engagement will progress to development of a short-story (approx. 1,000-2,000 words)

This project is a collective storytelling system. Each day starts with a snapshot story: a short fragment, scene, or idea. At the end of the week, the snapshot with the most likes is expanded into a short story of 1,000-2,000 words the following week.

At the end of each month, the short story with the strongest response is developed into a novella of 5,000-10,000 words. Once a year, one novella is selected to become a full novel of around 50,000 words.

The process is simple: audience response determines which stories progress. Every form of engagement is a vote, and the most supported stories continue to grow into larger works.
